Metro contact was skipped .. not initialized

When running a CBR report, the CBR log reports "Metro contact was skipped because it is not initialized."

This means the Description in the Metro Contact is blank. This needs to be addressed before reporting can complete successfully.

You need to "refresh" the Metro with a Prepare Accounts batch process. It is recommended that you contact Member Services for assistance if you get this message.
