TCN - Invalid numbers

Can you please explain why the phone numbers highlighted in red are showing a result of 'Invalid'. I have tested these numbers and they either are answered or go to an answering machine.

An Invalid result could occur for a number a reasons and potentially could be very circumstantial. The invalid result could occur because the number was bad, or at the time all circuits were busy due to a high volume of call in that area at that time, or the number could have temporarily been out of service or out or range. We suggest to everyone that they set up a sequence setting to try back all invalid numbers on a second pass around. This will help you to make sure the number was truly invalid and as well you're not being charged for any of the invalid calls so its not going to add any extra charges.
