FINANCIAL STATISTICS REPORTING

Collect! offers numerous ways of looking at your financials:

1) Forms where financial details are displayed
2) Reports that provide summary and detailed information
3) Ad Hoc browsing of transactions and client payments
4) Third party reporting tools
5) Build your own using XML/XSL and CSS

FORMS

The first place to look at summary financial information is the Daysheet form.
It shows monthly total collected to date and numerous other statistics for each
day. You can also drill down starting with the Client form and moving into each
Debtor and each Transaction.

REPORTS

Collect! offers a host of reports, and the member center offers libraries of
reports and report samples. The flexible report system built into Collect! can
be used to extract data that you can also route to a spreadsheet or similar
tool.

Some basic reports are available under the Print menu Daily and Monthly reports.
For more information about those reports please check:

Please note you can often select date and/or client ranges making these reports
excellent general reporting tools.

Some additional customizable financial report samples are available here:

AD HOC REPORTING TO SPREADSHEET

Another important tool some users enjoy is the ability to Tag and QuickPrint to
spreadsheet. A simple example of that would be to Browse Transactions, F6 and
select a month's date range. Once the month's transactions are tagged you can
use the QuickPrint function to print the list of transactions to your spreadsheet.
With the spreadsheet you can search, sort filter and chart graphs to your
heart's content.

THIRD PARTY REPORTING TOOLS

Numerous tools exist such as Crystal Reports that can be used to develop
sophisticated reports.

Collect! Partner Team Solutions has also developed a Collect! dashboard offering
excellent live analytics.

XML XSL and CSS

If you are really adventuresome you can use the XML data pump in Collect!
combined with an Ajax environment to do just about anything with your data.
